Role Overview
- Lead and manage operations-focused projects from idea through execution, including systems and digital workflow improvements

Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, including budgets and forecasting, ideally in technical or systems-related projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead across teams in a fast-paced environment
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); PMP certification is a plus
