About this role
Role Overview
Participate in the development of customer service activities and the management of the client portfolio;
Assist in interfacing with other company departments;
Monitor customer orders, inventory, delivery deadlines, receipts, returns of finished goods, and the volume of products requested;
Enter data into the management system;
Assist in implementing action plans;
Request issuance of invoices and arrange freight/shipping;
Participate in the sale of finished goods related to production surpluses and aged inventory.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service is desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
