Role Overview
- Content management administration
- Review and approve metadata catalog submissions
- Assist DGO staff in the application of content standards
- Assist with content review and catalog audits
- Program administration
- Assist with creating documents and presentations
- Update content and formatting in existing documents and presentations
- Attend weekly DGO meetings; manage agendas and facilitate follow-up
- Administrative tasks related to the enterprise Data Fluency Program
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word or equivalent applications
- Strong collaboration and customer service skills
- Willingness to serve as a positive and professional representative of OHSU in all interactions, including email, telephone, and virtual formats.
