Responsible for workforce-related planning and coordination across RISE implementation workstreams, including staffing alignment, organizational design implementation, and integration of workforce considerations
Leads coordination of workforce restructuring activities, including position alignment, organizational design implementation, and workforce transition planning
Develops/maintains project plans and schedules for workforce-related deliverables; facilitates stakeholder meetings; develops dashboards, reports, and briefings for decision-making
Supports assessments of workforce structures, identifies capability gaps, and recommends operational efficiency strategies
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
6+ years of workforce management, human resources, or organizational design experience with the federal government
