Apply business process reengineering methodologies to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency.
Develop implementation checklists, execution trackers, and process improvement plans.
Support coordination of organizational changes and facilitate cross-functional integration across VHACO and VISNs.
Monitor progress toward Full Operating Capability (FOC), track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
6 years of relevant experience, including managing and supporting analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide healthcare processes.
Bachelor’s degree in a related program, such business administration, engineering, or healthcare administration.
Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
