Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent related work experience
Product Owner certification from PMP, Scrum, or similar industry
8-12 years functional management experience
5+ years of project management and/or product owner experience
Previous BSA/BA or requirements writing experience
Proven experience in system design and implementation, particularly with PLM systems (PTC Flex PLM required)
Strong background in change management and driving organizational adoption of new features and upgrades
Fluent in hybrid delivery methodologies and systems dependencies
Forward-thinking about the implementation of emerging technologies such as AI and automation
Brings clarity, structure, and measurable progress to strategic initiatives
