Role Overview
- Manage relationships for financial institution clients and the insurance portfolios
- Ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
- Present proactive solutions to the client
- Collaborate closely with reporting teams, application technology, consulting teams, and external advisors
- Maintain regular and frequent communication with clients and advisors
- Coordinate client meetings and discussions, both virtual and in person
- Assist with technical client issues and projects as needed
- Lead efforts to onboard new clients and coordinate internally
- Serve as the client and product resource and lead the service team in all reporting and service needs
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience working within the insurance, banking, or financial services industries
- Familiar with insurance concepts, practices and procedures
- Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)
- Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
