Participate in executing studies on the DSCX UX research roadmap, including digital user flows, websites, web portals, and customer care experiences, in collaboration with more senior researchers, UX leadership and cross-functional partners (IT, Product, Marketing, and others)
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies using rigorous, best practice methodologies
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships across a matrixed organization
Independently lead research initiatives while partnering closely with UX leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Execute the research process, including study planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, synthesis, and communication of findings
Deliver clear, compelling research reports and presentations with strong storytelling and data visualization
Communicate proactively and effectively with more senior UX researchers and partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or a related field
3 to 5 years of professional UX research experience supporting physical, digital, web, and/or service-based products
Familiarity with IT systems and experience in medical, healthcare, and/or diabetes-related domains
Strong experience conducting primary research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing, tools such as Qualtrics)
Proficiency using design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, AI) to support research planning and synthesis
