Role Overview
- Ensure compliance of investment banking activities with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Provide legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance transactions
- Maintain and update legal documentation for investment banking division
- Conduct legal research on regulatory developments
Requirements
- Qualified English lawyer
- Technical lawyer willing to develop their expertise in a wide variety of legal, regulatory and governance issues
- Experienced in a legal advisory role either in private practice or in-house
- Interested in non-contentious financial services regulation
