Support in executing national and international valuation projects as well as transaction advisory for healthcare properties and portfolios
Participation in projects in the areas of OpRe (Operational Real Estate) and Commercial Real Estate
Thorough onboarding with increasing responsibility and progressive independent ownership of sub-tasks within projects
Analysis and development of financial models for healthcare real estate
Conducting comprehensive market and competitor analyses
Participation in due diligence processes
Close collaboration with experienced colleagues and active contribution to quality assurance
Support in maintaining client relationships and business development activities
Cross-location project collaboration within Germany and with valuation teams across EMEA

Completed degree, ideally with a focus on Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering or a related field
Initial practical experience via internships or working-student positions in real estate valuation or the real estate sector is an advantage but not required
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
High motivation to develop deep subject-matter knowledge of the German healthcare system and the healthcare real estate segment
Strong interest in the national and international real estate market and its current developments and trends
