Support P&L management, monthly financial reporting, and debtor management for the Public Sector team
Drive process standardisation and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients and internal stakeholders
Coordinate staff onboarding, training, CPD programs, and professional development pathways
Manage compliance requirements, ESG initiatives, and APIV data reporting
Maintain valuation templates, brand standards, and client databases
Requirements
Proven experience in project management, coordination, or senior administrative roles within professional services
Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Exceptional organisational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Experience managing diverse stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
