Role Overview
- Drive execution across a large, complex portfolio of Health & Benefits products
- Own and manage product initiatives end-to-end
- Modernize existing products and contribute to building scalable solutions
- Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Engage in technical discussions to help shape architecture decisions
- Manage multiple initiatives across varying levels of complexity
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
- Contribute to reducing customer attrition risk
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven ability to deliver complex products
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong technical fluency
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
