About this role
Role Overview
Act as the commercial lead responsible for expanding Nuvem Datacom's installed customer base.
Turn relationships, account knowledge, and operational signals into recurring revenue growth.
Increase revenue from the installed base and improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Reduce churn and deepen relationships with customers.
Develop cross-sell, upsell, contract addendums, and service expansion opportunities within the account portfolio.
Requirements
Proven experience managing and expanding a B2B account portfolio.
Experience in consultative selling to existing accounts.
Track record of upsell, cross-sell, contract addendums, or contract expansion.
Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders.
Commercial experience in technology companies, including software, recurring services, cloud, infrastructure, systems integration, or telecom.
Experience with recurring contracts and enterprise customer portfolios.
Experience working in contexts where sales, operations, and customer relationship teams must collaborate closely.
Knowledge of ERP ecosystems is a relevant differentiator.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
Additional training in consultative selling, negotiation, account management, or customer success is a plus.
