About this role
Role Overview
- Provide technical leadership for the .NET and Angular development team
- Define architectures and development standards to ensure scalability and performance
- Develop solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6+ and Angular
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor less experienced developers
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other teams
- Monitor applications and drive continuous improvements
- Participate in strategic decisions and stakeholder alignment
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective)
Requirements
- Strong experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET)
- Proficiency in the Angular framework and its ecosystem
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle)
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation
- Ability to perform performance analysis and application optimization
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good communication and technical leadership skills
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; knowledge of DevOps practices and application security
