Own the full recruitment process for technical roles from intake, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer and closure.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring plans, and set clear expectations and timelines.
Source, attract, and engage technical talent at various levels using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other search techniques.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely progression and feedback.
Coordinate interview logistics, prepare interview panels, and support structured, fair assessments.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline status, time to hire, source effectiveness) and share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer, with a focus on technical hiring and full-cycle recruitment.
Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment on complex technical hiring with multiple open roles and stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers and leaders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and colleagues.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, social media, professional networks, or technical forums to find and engage talent.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data and recruitment metrics.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
