Role Overview
- Monitor performance metrics (visits, conversion rate, average order value and sales) on e-commerce platforms
- Manage investments, campaigns and promotions on platforms
- Create, manage and optimize ads to improve ranking and conversion
- Support promotional activities and commercial campaigns
- Ensure inventory, pricing and lead times are up to date on platforms
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service or marketing
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Drive
- Computer skills
- University studies in progress (plus)
- Experience in image editing and generation using Artificial Intelligence (plus)
