- Build and develop world-class MSAT teams.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years in MSAT or technical operations leadership.
- Expertise in process transfer, scale-up, validation, and optimization.
- Strong experience partnering with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory.
- Demonstrated success leading global technical teams.
Benefits
- Full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $280,000.00
- $437,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits
