About this role

Support our customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent Cellular Analysis instruments
Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
Performs maintenance and repairs
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business
Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software
Train other field engineers and customers on the solutions

Bachelor's, Master's or other university-level degrees within the science field are highly preferred
4+ years of experience working with analytical instrumentation
Experience or expertise with Liquid handling equipment and UV/FL/LUM detection products
Ability to solve high-impact problems related to product availability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer relationship-building skills are essential
Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
A valid driver's license is required for this position
