Facilitate and implement the Outsourcing Framework for Northern Trust Ireland Branch
Collaborate closely with global partners
Ensure compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland regulatory obligations
Monitor and escalate non-compliance with outsourcing framework
Create and present management information to committees
Provide technical advice regarding obligations with respect to the outsourcing framework

Bachelor's degree and several years of related work experience
Clear understanding of financial services, compliance, and risk management preferred
Solid understanding of third-party risk management, especially CBI Regulations
Deep knowledge of business operations and corporate functions
Ability to think strategically, build credibility, and influence key stakeholders
Experience in change management and project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
