Role Overview
- Lead execution of IT and PLM projects
- Plan and manage PLM project scope, schedule, and resources
- Monitor project progress, budget, and financial performance
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
- Act as escalation point for project issues
- Ensure compliance with HAPG methodology and quality standards
- Manage vendors and track external deliverables
- Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in large IT project management
- 5+ years of experience in large PLM projects
- Global program and multi-project lifecycle experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPPM / SPM
- PMP with Gate Model, Agile, and Scrum methods
- Experience in financial and stakeholder management
