Direct technicians and EIT’s for production of engineering documents for routine projects accurately and efficiently.
Interface with Clients when appropriate alongside Project Managers.
Visit construction sites to observe progress and determine general conformance to engineering plans and specifications.
Research design criteria, regulations, and standards as they relate to projects and incorporate them into design documents.
Mentor others in the proficient use of design software.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering required
Passed the Professional Engineer exam and can provide a PE license number
The ability to use Revit/BIM is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of structural building design experience in a consulting role.
