Verify, balance and record crude oil receipts and deliveries for specified assets.
Issue monthly invoices and statements to customers.
Compile journal entries for the recording of revenue and associated receivables.
Verify gain/loss calculations through communication with Customer Service, field personnel and Operations Services.
Provide government agencies with required monthly and annual regulatory reporting.
Prepare monthly inventory and other reports for internal and external customers.
Communicate with shippers, connecting pipelines and internal groups, such as Customer Service, Operations Services, Asset Management and Business Development.
Requirements
A university degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution or an equivalent combination of accounting or industry related education.
2 or more years of comparable proven experience.
Strong initiative combined with keen attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with personal computer productivity tools and standard business software.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Related experience in pipeline operations would be an asset.
