Support the sales and business development teams
Maintain awareness of current state of cell & gene therapy
Provide critical evaluations on clinical and commercial viability of cell & gene pipeline
Identify, track, and communicate cell & gene therapy market trends
Increase enterprise-wide team knowledge in cell & gene therapy
Attend key conferences and provide key takeaways at internal meetings
Provide strategic and scientific guidance to commercial leaders
Develop and maintain partnerships with decision-makers

An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred
Experience working in cell & gene therapy drug development and/or commercialization
8 – 10+ years related experience in biopharma or strategic consulting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client presentations and training programs
Development and maintenance of work processes in line with customer needs and expectations
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong analytical skills
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
Effective organizational skills; attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
