Likely to have a minimum of 10 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in major process improvement and change initiatives
5+ years management related project management experience in the field of Continuous Improvement
Experience in a veterinary, pharmaceutical, healthcare environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field of study
Certified Black Belt with expertise in Lean methodologies preferred
Strong project management skills with demonstrated track records in quality and operational improvements
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite such as Project, Excel, Word, Visio, Access and PowerPoint
