Requirements
- 5+ years of retail or hospitality management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence
- Must be ambitious and self-starting
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
