Overall responsibility for transition and customer projects from initiation through handover to operational teams
Planning, control and implementation of projects, including schedule, cost, quality and resource management
Central communication, stakeholder and escalation management with customers, internal teams and external partners
Coordination and integration of all BD Rowa system components as well as external subsystems
Planning, facilitation and documentation of project, IT, integration and test workshops
Definition, control and monitoring of milestones as well as test and acceptance scenarios in accordance with the Statement of Work (SoW)
Active risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle
Organization, execution and documentation of system, integration and acceptance tests
Planning and coordination of training and support during go-live and ramp-up phases
Creation and maintenance of project plans, status, management and customer reports including budget and revenue tracking
Close collaboration with Sales and Pre‑Sales during project handovers
Participation in internal projects to further develop processes, standards and tools
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational training or degree, e.g., in project management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering, IT or equivalent
Several years of experience in project or transition management, ideally in complex system or IT integration projects
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Strong communication and coordination skills and customer orientation
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of CAD (e.g., AutoCAD), LEAN methodologies and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Sage, Dynamics 365) is an advantage
Willingness to travel worldwide
