Role Overview
- Develop and prepare proposals in response to RFPs
- Maintain accurate tracking and manage workflow for each project
- Write, edit, format, and proofread proposals
- Manage production and distribution of all required documents
- Collaborate with internal partners to define strategy and respond to questionnaires
- Provide support and guidance to less-experienced team members
Requirements
- Bilingual (French and English) required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- GBA or CEBS designation an asset
- Previous marketing or writing experience an asset
- Knowledge of Group Benefits products and distribution channels
