Manage the end-to-end proposal process for public sector submissions, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.
Build and maintain a library of reusable content for future government and public sector proposal submissions.
Create and refine presentations and supporting materials for government tender submissions.
Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the proposal writing process.
Conduct thorough research on government standards, industry regulations, and public sector trends to inform proposal strategy.
Interview technical subject matter experts to gather detailed information for proposal content and ensure accuracy.

At least 2 years of experience in journalism, editing, or creative writing.
A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related discipline.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present business rationales in proposals.
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to multitask, balancing research projects, data analysis, and coordination with the executive team.
At least 2 years of experience writing bid proposals in the private or public sector.
Proven ability to effectively manage a high volume of commercial tenders with varying deadlines.
Strong knowledge of bid writing principles and the ability to translate complex information across a wide range of subject matters.
A track record of winning proposals within highly competitive markets.
