5+ years of experience in community management and program management
Strong relationship builder, able to develop trust and maintain close ties with creators, communities, partners, and internal stakeholders
Collaborative operator, experienced in working cross-functionally with content, SEO, marketing and global teams to align on strategy and drive impact
Adaptable and proactive, skilled at balancing long-term program building with short-term campaign execution in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on with community management platforms (e.g. Discord, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp)
Event planning expertise, able to coordinate and deliver both online and offline activations
Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn creator and content performance data into actionable insights
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
Experience working in global organisations
Comfortable with productivity and marketing tools
Deep knowledge of Indian creative and cultural landscape
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
