Review and update product attributes to ensure accurate and complete information, including specifications, descriptions, and key features
Optimize product descriptions to clearly communicate value, benefits, and intended use for customers
Support the improvement of product imagery by reviewing existing images and helping ensure visual content clearly represents product features and quality
Conduct competitive research to understand how similar products are positioned online and identify opportunities to strengthen our product messaging
Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure product information is consistent, customer-focused, and aligned with brand standards
Help organize and standardize product information to improve the overall customer experience on the website and product positioning
Engagement with supplier partners and Merchandising team
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience in creation of web content and/or merchandizing a strong plus
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Interest in branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce
Ability to analyze information and present it in a clear, customer-friendly way
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple product categories
Good time management
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to plan and arrange activities
