Design scalable solutions: Develop and maintain .NET-based backend applications and microservices with a focus on performance and reliability.
Deliver high-quality code: Implement applications following best practices in clean code, testing, and performance optimization.
Support modern deployment practices: Work closely with DevOps to containerize and deploy applications and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage event-driven architecture: Use events to build robust, asynchronous systems that support scalability and decoupled services.
Optimize data interactions: Design and maintain efficient relational database integrations that ensure data integrity and system responsiveness.
Contribute to strong engineering standards: Engage in architectural discussions, perform code reviews, and promote best practices.
Mentor and grow the team: Provide guidance to junior/mid developers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
5 years+ hands-on experience with .NET Framework (C# and libraries)
Strong understanding of clean code practices and SOLID principles
Strong experience with a cloud platform (Azure preferred, but AWS or GCP are also acceptable)
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of solutions, from requirements through production and follow-up
Ability to understand business and data context and reason about impact and trade-offs, not just implement technical tasks
Comfortable contributing to technical discussions, asking the right questions, and collaborating effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Strong integration and interface development skills
German as a main communication language
