Report to the Senior Manager, Client Optimization
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying key metrics and success factors
Leverage customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable insights to the Client Success team
Build relationships with client stakeholders, addressing concerns, and identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Implement process improvements within the client success function to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Track client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to senior management
Work with other departments like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
Up to 25% travel required
Bachelor's degree is beneficial
10+ years' experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industry
7+ years' experience partnering with Epic enterprise providers
Provider-based background recommended
Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
Epic proficient
Proficient in Generative AI tools such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPT
HFMA, CRCR beneficial
Excellent skills with Salesforce or a similar CRM
