Role Overview
- Own and drive test strategy across unit, integration, and E2E
- Lead automation improvements across FE, API, and native
- Champion “shift-left” testing and embed quality early
- Identify risks early and proactively solve complex issues
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure testability
- Mentor team members and uplift QA standards
- Drive defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution
- Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and processes
Requirements
- Strong experience in QA, testing strategy, and defect management
- Proven background in automation (Playwright or similar)
- Experience across FE, API, and native testing
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and mentoring ability
