Bachelors in engineering, an MBA is a nice to have
8 + years of solution consulting or pre-sales engineering, with a background in business analysis or PO
Experience solving business-critical government challenges related to digital transformation, security, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, solution architecture, and implementation oversight.
Excellent communication, public speaking, and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of public sector procurement, compliance requirements, and solution delivery models for agencies at federal, state, and local levels is a nice to have.
