Role Overview
- Manage site logistics across multiple projects
- Lead, hire, and develop onsite logistics teams
- Plan, organize, and staff logistics for construction projects
- Oversee budgets for tooling, rentals, and logistics labor
- Lead audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with PMs, safety, purchasing, QA/QC, productivity teams, and vendors
- Train onsite Logistics personnel and staff
- Create metrics, dashboards, and reports to track logistics performance
- Ensure adherence to company standards and safety practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or other related field or equivalent training
- 5 years experience in the electrical field
- 3 years of Logistics Supervision/Leadership
