Experience with electronic trading and fixed income investment markets and workflows (treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes)
Passion for developing class leading user experiences that make the complex simple
Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts
Highly collaborative and effective communicator, capable of making and defending decisions even under conditions of uncertainty
Software product leadership and program management skills
