Degree in Business Administration or completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau)
Strong intellectual, analytical, solution-oriented and planning skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Open to change and new ideas in fast-moving environments
Ability to assertively drive simplification of financial systems
Experience with BI tools (Microsoft Power BI)
Excellent spoken and written English
SAP knowledge (FI & CO modules) is an advantage
