Role Overview
- Work with the Product Owner/Product Lead to shape initiatives.
- Partner closely with business teams to provide clarity on the value and purpose of initiatives.
- Develop current and future state process models.
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities.
- Support delivery through documenting user stories.
- Contribute to change management activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Strong exposure to deposit products and business growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working across the end-to-end client journey.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in agile and hybrid work environments.
