Role Overview
- Manage, guide, and mentor the Legal Operations team
- Oversee our suite of legal tools and technology
- Lead core Legal Operations functional areas
- Drive the Legal technology stack
- Partner with the F5 IT/Digital team
- Design solutions that connect business needs with technology
- Support the Legal Department budget management
- Manage outside counsel and external vendor spend
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge management collateral
- Serve as the voice of the Legal Department
Requirements
- 10+ years of Operations experience
- 8+ years in Legal Operations, with 3–5+ years of people management experience
- Global technology industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business or accounting (JD, LLM, or MBA a plus, but not required)
- 2+ years of experience developing reports and data analytics to track KPIs
