About this role
Role Overview
Supports QVC and tracks and updates inbound purchase orders
Manages import costing and handles administrative tasks using various systems and reports
Maintain and update workbooks to support on-time product delivery
Communicate with vendors to track shipment status and resolve issues related to documentation, system errors, or failed TMS orders
Enter and submit data for scanned documents into AIC reports for inventory accounting and import costing
Escalate and communicate any purchase order adjustments or issues to Supply Chain Coordinators and the business to ensure timely decisions and prevent missed airdates
Follow SOPs to create, edit, and adjust purchase orders and costs based on predefined guidelines and matrices
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent Supply Chain work experience
