The Operations Support Transition Specialist leads and coordinates transition and demobilization activities for new and existing client accounts, ensuring operational readiness and continuity.
This role partners with cross-functional teams to manage business administration protocols, onboarding logistics, resource deployment, and knowledge transfer.
Serving as the primary point of contact during transitions, the role focuses on clear communication, risk mitigation, process improvement, and post-transition reviews to deliver high-quality outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in facilities management or real estate services
Proven track record of managing transitions or complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Teams, SharePoint)
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings effectively
