Role Overview
- Creating the Digital Financial Operations (FinOps) function
- Establishing the operating model, standards, and cadence for financial insights
- Leading a team of 3–5 junior resources and partnering with Digital Operations leadership
- Building a team for content creation, forecasting & annual planning process
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc analyses on key performance indicators
- Championing automation and process simplification
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or related roles
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services
- Experience leading early‑career, distributed teams, inclusive of offshore resources
- Experience in matrixed environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with enterprise planning, reporting, or BI tools (Workday, Adaptive, Power BI, preferred)
