Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing IT Operations & Infrastructure team.
Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of hybrid infrastructure (on‑premise and cloud).
Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives, focusing on AWS services.
Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of production systems supporting our SaaS platform.
Manage infrastructure lifecycle, including capacity planning, patching, monitoring, and upgrades.

Proven experience leading IT Operations, Infrastructure, or SRE teams.
Sound hands‑on background in systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies.
Experience managing hybrid environments with both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure.
Solid understanding of SaaS operational requirements, including uptime, scalability, and security.
Proficiency with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, scripting languages, CI/CD pipelines).
Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
