Participate in ongoing proactive outreach strategies to build strong client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and changing circumstances, helping them improve operational efficiency and working capital utilization.
Requirements
Minimum of two years of strong performance in a sales and service role.
Demonstrated relationship management skills and a proven track record in sales.
Experience with modern communication technologies (online meetings, social media, digital banking services, and mobile apps).
Business acumen gained through work experience or post-secondary education.
Strong customer focus, communication, and collaboration skills.
