About this role
Role Overview
Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of a growing portfolio of enterprise AI products
Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Lead and govern a portfolio of AI products and initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders and functional DT teams to identify, prioritize, and scale AI use cases
Oversee AI Product Owners responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycle
Ensure successful delivery of AI solutions through vendor partner teams and internal stakeholders
Drive agile product management practices tailored to AI/ML development
Collaborate closely with AI Architecture teams on scalable solution design
Act as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution
Lead engagement with external vendors and delivery partners
Establish frameworks for AI product governance, prioritization, and performance tracking
Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing team of AI product owners and portfolio managers
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
12+ years of experience in product management, digital, or AI/analytics leadership roles
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional product portfolios
Experience delivering AI/ML solutions at scale in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle, including data dependencies and model deployment
Demonstrated success managing global teams and external vendor partners
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and technical fluency
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to translate ambiguity into structured execution
Passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams
Results-driven with a focus on measurable business impact
Experience in industrial, energy, or asset-intensive industries
Familiarity with Generative AI, Computer Vision, and advanced analytics applications
