Own the lead role in delivering high-quality Steam Turbine (ST) engineering designs that meet performance, cycle, & cost targets and delivering them on-time and within budget
Organize and lead design teams to drive project execution
Being responsible for the output of the team through all project phases
Design the Steampath for New Units and Service projects as required
Perform feasibility studies and write the corresponding memos
Track, monitor and drive project progress relative to technical and budget plans
Support any factory or field issues

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
Solid engineering experience in steam turbine design
Excellent communication skills
Legal authorized to work in the country of employment
Experience in Steam Turbine component design, including ST design process & procedures
Demonstrated excellence applying fundamentals of Mechanical Design
Second Language preferred, such as German, French, Spanish, or Polish
