Responsible for performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.
Serve as best practice/quality resource, contributing towards strategy and policy development.

Significant, hands-on experience in Digital Technology and Program Management, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience leading end-to-end program delivery, from requirements definition through execution and outcomes realization.
Demonstrated experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, with exposure to operational challenges (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
Strong experience in stakeholder management, including client engagement and alignment across technical and business teams.
Educational background equivalent to a Master’s degree, or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience.
