Develop and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business reviews for key accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., trade marketing, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth execution of account-specific initiatives and resolve client issues efficiently
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts (Petrol Marts & KK Mart)
Attend client presentations, meetings, and negotiations
Requirements
Key Account Management experience managing Petrol Marts and KK Mart will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and identify business opportunities
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Self-motivated and able to take initiative in supporting account growth and management
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
