Responsible for setting and executing Regional Sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals for promoted vaccines.
Collaborate with Customer Facing Teams as a leader of a robust Sales platform.
Communicates National and Regional sales strategies and goals to the team.
Provides tailored direction, objectives, and coaching to diverse teams.
Identifies and tracks business opportunities against a cross-functional implementation plan.
Employs analytical insights to refine strategic and tactical deployments to diverse channels.
Requirements
BA/BS Degree required.
Minimum of 10 years pharmaceutical, Biotech or medical marketing/sales experience with at least three years in a promoted position with demonstrated leadership experience.
At least 5 years of managerial experience at a senior level – managing teams of commercial colleagues at all levels in the organization.
Ability to travel is required.
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
