Role Overview
- Leading the planning/execution of portfolio projects and programs in CNPTs.
- Responsible for tracking performance of project delivery.
- Coordinating the project plan approvals by governance bodies.
- Mentorship to Junior PMLs.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge in drug development and R&D project management,
- At least 8 years relevant working experience in drug development.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving skills.
- Effective meeting and time management skills.
- Ability to see cross-project dependencies and act to resolve issues.
